machines, the THP30 & the THP35.
We also use our very own PD30
planarization after hole filling.
I.T.C. Intercircuit is the only manufacturer of hole plugging equipment that has its own plugging service.

Our hole plugging machines are in all markets from Asia to Europe to America. All are designed and built
in Germany by Germany’s finest engineers. America’s largest hole filling service, HDI in California, uses
only I.T.C. equipment – 3 THP30’s & 1 THP35 for their customers’ needs. We know that ‘imitation is the
greatest form of flattery’. So when we hear that some of our competitors are now offering a scraping
chamber, heating & cooling as well as a re-capture system for paste, we know that I.T.C. Intercircuit is
the leader – not a follower in our field.
