The Penta 580 has Stainless Steel outer construction. The panels and solder tank are hinged to allow easy access for exceptionally easy maintenance.

The control panel and the solder tank are hinged to swing out and away from the machine. Fully automatic and PLC controlled drive system dips printed circuit boards (up to 31" x 31") into the solder tank. As the boards are lifted out of the solder, air knives remove excess solder, which is returned to the solder tank.

This unit utilizes its frame as an auxiliary air holding tank to insure even air displacement onto each and every cycle.

PENTA Automatic

The PENTA Automatic has a modular construction to allow for exceptionally easy maintenance.
